Responsibilities
- Manages people for programs or projects involving department or cross functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system through the design process, and into a finished state for external customers.
- Plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets.
- Monitors the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters.
- Organizes interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints.
- Assigns and monitors work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
- The position does not have responsibility over product development but does have overall product/program/project management responsibility.
Knowledge & Skills:
- B. Tech/MBA from a reputed institute. MBA is highly desired.
- Proven ability to understand consumer needs and translate needs into product requirements.
- Experience conducting market research.
- Experience in managing toward revenue goals.
- Experience managing outbound marketing and communication.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work with geographically distributed team
